Customer Service

After sales service ---- is the leading philosophy of our factory's operation, and for its work, we will ensure that it is superior to sales. Our philosophy is to stabilize existing customers and then explore new markets. While the market is fiercely competitive, you are our rock solid backing.

After sales service is divided into:

1. Within the contract period, we will fully fulfill our obligations to solve all equipment problems within a shorter period of time than required by the contract, and minimize the losses incurred by users due to equipment failures.

2. For services beyond the contract period, we will also treat them as if they were within the contract period. However, considering that the user has fully understood the structure and performance of our factory's equipment, telephone solutions are generally the main solution. If serious problems occur, we will personally visit the site to solve the user's problems within 36 hours.

3. It is not our user's service. The equipment purchased by the user enterprise is not our factory's equipment. If there is a problem, we will try our best to solve the problem on site upon receiving the customer's request. If necessary, we will send someone to personally come to the site to do our part to help the user solve their problems.
