2. Working principle:

This device uses sodium hydroxide solution as the absorption and neutralization solution to purify acid mist exhaust gas. Sodium hydroxide is used to absorb the neutralization solution, with a solution concentration of 2-6% and a purification efficiency of over 95%. The gas is compressed or sucked into the intake section by a centrifugal fan, and then flows upwards to the first filter material layer, where it reacts with the neutralizing liquid sprayed out by the first stage nozzle. The absorbed exhaust gas continues to flow upwards to the second filter material layer, coming into contact with the neutralization solution sprayed out by the second stage nozzle, and undergoes a neutralization reaction again, before passing through the vortex plate. Discharged into the atmosphere by the hood and exhaust duct or fan.
