Overview:

1. The suction method on the upper side of the zinc kettle (with a suction efficiency of 75%) is used. After the coated parts generate smoke and dust in the zinc kettle, the smoke and dust are sent to the dust removal equipment by the suction ports on both sides of the zinc kettle, and after treatment, they meet the discharge standards;

2. Fully enclosed dust removal hood (dust removal efficiency of 99%), with two port doors of the dust removal hood adopting induction automatic opening and closing mode, and both sides are equipped with up and down switches. When working, the single side door is opened to facilitate workers' dust removal work. The generated smoke and dust are sucked out by the top suction outlet and sent to the dust removal equipment for treatment and discharge after reaching the standard;
