Overview:

1. The galvanizing section adopts a circular track design, with three sets of independent walking stations set on the circular track, each station consisting of two I-shaped steel wire rope electric hoists.

2. Each group of electric hoists has positioning and anti shaking functions, as well as variable frequency adjustment and multi speed (2-speed) control functions. The lifting capacity of the gourd is 3000-5000Kg/unit. The power and signal lines of the hoist adopt safety sliding contact wires, which have tensioning function and meet the requirements of operation.

3. Each workstation is composed of two electric hoists, each with an independent walking system. The two hoists are connected by universal joints. If any one of the hoists malfunctions, the other can tow the faulty hoist to the maintenance workstation.
