Overview:
The ceramic zinc kettle is composed of a pot body, a ceramic tube heater, and an electronic temperature control system. The ceramic zinc kettle heating system is installed around the inside of the zinc pot to ensure a uniform temperature of the zinc liquid. The ceramic zinc pot uses corrosion-resistant thermocouples to directly contact the zinc liquid to ensure stable temperature of the zinc liquid;

1. Low zinc consumption: The use of ceramic zinc kettle completely avoids zinc slag generated by iron pots, and the zinc consumption per ton of product is 5-10% lower than other current heating methods;
