Specifications: Based on the specifications, production capacity, and pre-treatment process of user hot-dip galvanized workpieces, design the number of tanks, determine the specifications of pre-treatment sealing space, and customize appropriate equipment according to user needs; Suitable for pre-treatment of plated parts.

Overview:

1. PP pre-treatment tank: The pre-treatment tank is welded with 20-30mm thick PP board, and the outer frame is made of steel as a support frame. The surface of the frame is treated with anti-corrosion or sealed with PP board.

2. Granite pre-treatment tank: It is formed by pouring reinforced concrete, using fiberglass as a leak proof layer, and pasting 35-50mm granite with adhesive on the surface as a protective layer;

All pre processing tanks have been uniformly arranged and assembled. Build a fully enclosed sealing chamber on the upper part of the pre-treatment tank, and all polluting gases generated will be collected and neutralized in the acid mist washing tower for standard discharge.
